Offer Terms & Conditions – Complete Painting & Decorator

These Offer Terms & Conditions apply only where a promotional offer, discount, or special pricing is advertised, claimed, or applied.

Where an offer is applied, these Offer Terms & Conditions apply in addition to Complete Painting & Decorator’s standard Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, these Offer Terms & Conditions shall take precedence in relation to the offer only.

1. Offer validity

1.1 Promotional offers apply only to new bookings and are valid for the period stated in the relevant offer advertisement, quotation, or written confirmation.

1.2 Promotional offers are time-limited and may be withdrawn, amended, or ended at any time without prior notice.

1.3 Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, promotional offers apply to work carried out within the advertised offer period only.

2. Scope of offer

2.1 Unless expressly stated otherwise, all promotional offers apply to labour costs only.

2.2 Materials, scaffolding, repairs, additional preparation, variations, and any extra works are excluded from promotional pricing.

3. Deposit

3.1 A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking under a promotional offer.

3.2 Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, postponement, delay, or changes to the project.

4. Booking & acceptance

4.1 No booking is confirmed and no dates are reserved until the deposit has been received and cleared.

4.2 Acceptance of a quotation and/or payment of the deposit constitutes full acceptance of these Offer Terms & Conditions and Complete Painting & Decorator’s standard Terms & Conditions.

5. Changes, postponements & delays

5.1 If the client reschedules, postpones, or delays the agreed start date for any reason, the promotional offer shall be void, and standard pricing will apply.

5.2 Any changes to the scope of work after acceptance will be treated as variations and charged at standard rates.

6. Additional work

6.1 Any additional work requested during or after the project is not covered by the offer and will be quoted and charged separately at standard rates.

7. Retrospective application

7.1 Promotional offers cannot be applied retrospectively to existing quotes, previously confirmed bookings, or completed work.

8. Combination of offers

8.1 Promotional offers cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or special rate.

9. Applicability

9.1 Promotional offers apply to any job type, unless expressly excluded in writing.

9.2 Offers are non-transferable and apply to one booking only.

10. Governing terms

10.1 All work carried out under a promotional offer remains subject to Complete Painting & Decorator’s standard Terms & Conditions.
